AI Receptionist

Weekday overflow · Nights · Weekends

01 · What it is

It picks up when you can't.

The AI receptionist is a trained voice on your business line. When a call comes in and nobody's free to take it, it answers, asks the questions your office would ask, and writes down the answers: name, number, address, what the job is.

It books appointments on your real calendar, answers the questions you've approved it to answer, and texts back callers who hang up before it can. Anything urgent gets pushed to you right away. Everything else lands in your CRM with a summary, so Monday morning starts with a call list instead of a mystery.

It doesn't replace your office staff. It replaces your voicemail. Coverage is weekday overflow, nights, and weekends: the hours the phone keeps ringing and the crew can't reach it.

03 · Who gets it

Answered is half the job. Sorted is the other half.

The receptionist works out why someone is calling, then hands the call to the right person in your company — automatically, every time. No sticky notes, no "someone called for you."
